Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd online. By placing the order for goods customers are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated without notice, so the customer should re-read them before each time you order the product.

Definitions

Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd also referred to as or “we or “us” in these terms and conditions.
“You” and “Your” means the customer who purchased the goods from Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd.
“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Price

The price for any goods stated by Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd online is inclusive of GST.
Prices displayed on the Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd site are subject to change without notice.
Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.
Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed and is exclusive of freight and insurance.
Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment will only be accepted by Credit Card online.
Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Orders will be processed only after receiving proof of payment into the bank account of Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd.
Customers are required to pay the Company in full in advance for any goods.
All transactions are made in NZD

Orders

Orders are only accepted online through this website.
Though Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd website will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd website to supply. Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd’s obligations will be limited to protection provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Warranty

Where the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and should the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd will repair or replace those goods.
Wherever possible Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd website will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. Any damaged or faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

Returns

Products purchased on this website can be returned subject to the following conditions.

Goods damaged prior to delivery.
Goods with manufacturing faults.
Goods incorrectly supplied by Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd.
Goods that vary from their description on the Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd website.

Change your mind

Electronic Books cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged before delivery. Product incorrectly ordered by you will not be accepted for return. The cost of returning a product will be your responsibility.

Delivery

All prices quoted on our website do not include freight.
We only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform the company in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of goods.

Delivery Charges

$9.95 Nationwide Courier (under 5kgs) Product Information Liability.
All information in this website is provided to our best ability. However Customers are at all times responsible for selecting the product(s) they require.

Privacy.
Your details will not be passed onto any third party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mahobe Resources (NZ) Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use or loss of data.
